Goby Coaching

Goby Coaching walks alongside pastors and church staff who are navigating pressure, crisis, burnout, or long seasons of responsibility. It’s relational, faith-centered support rooted in decades of ministry experience and real-life tools for mental wellness.

Through one-on-one and small-group coaching, leaders are given space to tell the truth, gain perspective, and build sustainable rhythms that protect both their calling and their family. Coaching can be short-term during a crisis or long-term for ongoing support and growth.

Goby Licensing

Goby Licensing allows churches to integrate Goby’s trusted content into their ongoing ministry efforts. Licensed churches receive access to select Goby curriculum and tools they can use across multiple environments—staff development, small groups, parent ministry, and care initiatives.

Licensing gives churches the freedom to use proven resources consistently while maintaining alignment with their own culture and leadership. It’s a way to offer meaningful mental wellness support at scale, without starting from scratch.

This model helps churches move from one-time conversations to long-term care.
